Have got to be the most annoying feature to DA for me right now. I watch 801 artists. I really do not want to be getting 7 notifications about blah-blah-blah's birthdays. Yes, I like their art, but no, I do not care that it's their birthday and most certainly will not give them a stupid DA subscription. @_@
